PROFILE

A tax partner, Richard A. Fragale, CPA, MT, provides tax planning and consultation services to closely held and middle market business and not-for-profit organizations in the healthcare, professional services, retail, real estate, and construction industries. He advises high net worth individuals and families in the areas of estate planning, trust planning, and gifting strategies.

Rich is proficient in the areas of multi-state taxation, specialty tax work as it relates to designated settlement funds under Section 468(B) as well as securities class action settlement funds, attorney escrow funds, and case cost accounting. He also performs due diligence consulting and forensic accounting engagements for law firms and their clients.

He holds a master’s degree in taxation from Villanova University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, minor in economics, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. His career has encompassed work in the private sector as a controller, and for the last 20 plus years, a tax advisor and consultant in the certified public accounting sector.

Rich is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPAs (PICPA). He serves on the PICPA committee for Local Taxation & Government.
